We gladly accept returns
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery at support@chela.us
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
- The initial shipping cost is not refundable
- Custom orders are not returnable
- The Return Cost is a buyer's responsibility
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Masks and shields - due to sanitary reasons, all masks and shields are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom orders - they are not refundable due to their specific and unique sizing, unless exceptional conditions (wrong size, color or proven defect). This also means that sizes 4XL and above are considered custom made and are nor subject to return, unless they are defective.
Returns and exchange details
- The products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all security tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
